A FOUNDATION BUILT ON FAMILY AND VISION

Over the decades, VisoneCo has grown from humble beginnings in site work and excavation into a dynamic family of companies that includes real estate development, property management, and construction. Today, VisoneCo manages a diverse portfolio—from long-term rentals and luxury apartment communities to short-term vacation properties in destinations like Canandaigua, NY, and Costa Rica—proving that a strong foundation of trust and vision can take you far, even internationally.

In 1997, Lou married Donna, and together they’ve built not just a business, but a family rootedin shared values and a passion for serving others. Proud parents of four incredibly creative andtalented children, Lou and Donna believe their greatest legacy isn’t measured in concrete and contracts—it’s defined by character, community, and contribution.

As the company grew, so did the team behind it. Each member of VisoneCo brings invaluable expertise—whether in construction, property management, mechanics, project bidding, or the complex legalities of development. Building a team this strong didn’t happen by chance—it took vision, dedication, and a commitment to the values that have guided VisoneCo from the very start.

What began with a single backhoe has grown into a family of companies—each one driven by integrity, care, and a steadfast belief that being trusted, responsive, and local makes all the difference in how we serve our communities.

EXPANDING OUR VISION TO VACATION RENTALS

In addition to managing properties across Western New York, Stonewall also oversees stunning vacation rentals in Costa Rica and a ski-in/ski-out property at NorthStar Village, Bristol Mountain.
